Chop Chop Thai Cuisine - YANGEBUP

I only 1 star because I could not give anything lower. I ordered on the phone and told 25 minutes to pick up. I arrived to collect after 25 minutes, then told another 10 minutes. I paid for the food and went to wait in the car, after 10 minutes I went back I'm to get the food only to be told it still wasn't ready, and then to find out that the order had not even been started and would be another 10 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes while many many delivery drivers came and went with other orders. I went back in to collect only to be told at least another 5 minutes, at this point I was sick of waiting and asked to speak to the manager as I could see the poor girl on the front was a bit stressed and it totally wasn't her fault. The manager didn't seem to have a care in the world that I had now waited nearly an hr for food that I had already paid for, he didn't even have the courtesy to come out of the kitchen to discuss with me but wanted to talk through the window. He did come out after I demanded he refund me the money as the store credit he had offered would have been pointless as I will never ever be returning. Which is sad as I had enjoyed this store many times before but tonight's customer service was horrendous.

Clean,goid service can see cook working area though big glass window,so u can see kitchwn is clean,nice touch

5 no matter what you order here.. I got addicted to a Pad Thai. Really great customer service and friendly staff.

Very delicious thai fried rice, as ordered sour and spicy. Def come back, recommended thai cuisine!!!

Will never be ordered by these people again. yes I ordered by uber issst and my order was canceled, but when I contacted the restaurant to get my money back, they were not interested in paying back my $70. I'm going out of this to tell the people that they shouldn't order from you. I know that I'm not the first person you've attached.
