It's been a while since I had been to the farm store and what a transformation the store has undergone!! I picked up my chicken order and left with wine, hazelnuts, wasabi, spices, seafood and fish. Amazing products.
Wonderful customer service and even better meat! I've bought 2 halves of beef, a half a lamb, 20 chickens, and a share of halibut from them as well as random things from their farm store and the quality is fantastic. Also, by changing from industrial raised meat to grass fed finished my annual bloodwork came back vastly improved and I avoided needing to go on a lipid medicine. The doctor was confused about how I improved so much in a year. I just said I ate more red meat He shook his head. LOL.

Once you try the beef at this restaurant, sourced locally from Kookoolan Farm, you won't want to go back to store-bought meat! We were incredibly pleased with our 1/4 pound burger and had no idea what we were missing out on.
I believe it is the most delicious chicken I have ever tasted. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to the northwest!
