However, this ti... read more After a previous successful experience ordering from this restaurant during New Year's while in the area, we decided to order again last night. However, this time the food was a disappointment. The chicken skin was burnt and did not taste like KFC at all. The chips were also burnt and some still had the skin on them. The gravy was a thick mess and not enjoyable. Additionally, we did not receive salt, napkins, or cutlery like we did last time, even though we had requested salt, as we were in a self-catering room. It seems like there may have been a change in staff or management, as recent reviews indicate a decline in quality. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

We ordered two adult meals and a kids popcorn box meal through Uber Eats, opting for priority delivery to ensure it arrived warm. However, the driver made three stops, causing our food to arrive cold. To make matters worse, when we opened the bag, we discovered that items were missing yet again. This time, we were missing hot wings and a kids drink. It seems like a simple task to ensure that all items are included in the order. We will now be ordering from the Fleetwood branch instead.

However, th... read more I frequently visit this restaurant to grab food before a night of drinking, simply because it is the only option within walking distance of my home. However, the experience is never enjoyable. There is usually only one cashier on duty, even when the line is out the door. The food is never prepared on time, and the staff always seem unhappy. The manager, who has been there since I was a child, has never once smiled. Last week, we ordered some popcorn snack buckets, but they forgot the popcorn. They rarely have chicken ready, so there is often a long wait for small portions. It is a disorganized mess, and the KFC chain should reevaluate this location. A visit from trading standards would not be unwarranted. Overall, a very poor dining experience.

Despite being the only person... read more We visited KFC Cleveleys at 3.40pm.... a nice quiet time but we hadn 't had lunch and decided to combine it with our evening meal. Despite being the only person at the counter in a virtually empty shop, it took five minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. Having taken my order and payment, I was told that the mini fillets would be 7 minutes which was fine as they would be piping hot. Eleven minutes later a lady who appeared to be in charge remonstrated with someone in the kitchen area saying the gentleman has been told the mini fillets would be 7 minutes; it 's now 11 minutes and you haven 't even put them in yet! A really pleasant young lady came and told me it would be another 7 minutes. Bearing in mind the bags of fries and the popcorn chicken had now been out for more than 20 minutes..... it was 4.02pm..... and there was no sign of anymore being cooked, I requested a refund. The lady member of staff apologised and refunded me the money I had paid and I left and McDonald 's down the road benefitted from our custom. Absolute rubbish service from KFC Cleveleys!!

Have also been avoiding the place with the most recent poor 2 hygiene rating but was hoping that they would have rectified this. But here we go yet again, happy to let you queue FOREVER to announce NO CHICKEN!!! REALLY ? It's the foundation of your business. And the hand sanitiser station is just some useless prop. May aswell remove it if you can't even be bothered to fill it. Our experience the time before this they were barracading the doors letting nobody in, drove to Fleetwood instead and they had closed early. As my child wanted their treat I drove out to Blackpool tonight to make it happen and the staff said yeah Cleveleys always run out. Wont be writing to Head Office for their usual standard and lame reply. Seem just happy to take your money and business and customer service is so non existent from this company!
