Wish we had not bothered at 8.30pm after ordering food was told by the person behind the till we could not set in the big part of the restaurant as they were abouts to clean it they put the shutters down only places to set was right next a very cold drafty door. At this point more and more familys came in to order with no were to sit.. Bins over flowing with rubbish could not empty are trays.. No one clean table to sit at and before we ordered not very busy We could count at lest 6 members of staff but all in the back chatting to each other. Chicken dry and chips cold ask for a childrens icecream but not available.. Definitely will not be going back not worth it.. But if you fancy a meal out in a darty cold restaurant and very dry chicken look no further at this restaurant has got it all

Staff were polite and friendly, the restaurant was not very clean, the food... not very warm, fries overcooked, the chicken was cool (as in not hot) the coating... read more Staff were polite and friendly, the restaurant was not very clean, the food... not very warm, fries overcooked, the chicken was cool (as in not hot) the coating was terrible as if it had been left around for a while. I could not recommend. the only thing I got that was ok was the Pepsi Max. So unless you are desperate I would advise you to AVOID. Not sure if this is the norm, time of visit 16.30

Something should be done about this kfc before someone gets seriously unwell.

Took back to order staff and asked for... read more Went in to kfc earlier today for some lunch with my family. Ordered a big daddy box meal, the burger was dry and rubbery. Took back to order staff and asked for a replacement. The images below are what I was given. Never again will I eat in that dump!
