What Diane C dislikes about Dawn's Tea Rooms Bakery:
Old fashioned tearoom/coffee shop. Nice Latte and tea cakes for butter lovers just has they should be with butter you can taste. The service was slow but friendly you cannot get a quick coffee here. Very popular with local residents and there were reserved tables. View all feedback.

Went and tried Dawns Cafe yesterday Sunday 15th August for 2 Hot Chocolates after a well deserved long walk along the seafront. What a disappointment, served in mugs with just a teaspoon, no saucer or serviette , weak and just from a packet tasted like it was watered down milk, not made from a machine could have made nicer at home, shall try elsewhere next time won’t be going back

Dawn's is quite small, but well worth checking out. We called for coffee and a snack. The coffee, very reasonably priced, was really tasty (much better than most places we've been), and we both had cheesecake, which was obviously home-made and again really good. Although there was only one member of staff on in the shop (Dawn's preparing food etc in the kitchen), our table was cleaned thoroughly when we ordered, and it was just an overall pleasant experience after a long walk.

Our school kids visit the tea room to learn how a bakery works. Alba was fantastic, they light by cut and make sandwiches, design and decorate cup and dough cakes even made for them to bake their own bread they removed. A super trip!

Every visit has been a pleasure. A relaxing and very clean environment. Homemade soup is delicious, just what you need on a cold autumn day and the cheesecake simply can't resist! It is well worth the visit to this directed by a family and cozy tea rooms that is a reasonable and very cozy price.
