Nice place, has both Indian and English food so it's great if not everyone in the group likes Indian. Both types were good. Friendly staff. Staying in the area for the weekend, fancied a nice indian as its one of my favorite foods. Found this place, saw a great looking menu and ordered online for takeaway. Walked in to collect and hit with instant buyers regret. The decor from the walls up had clearly been redone, but the carpet in the reception area was black with dirt and has holes in, and kids were running around. Food was drenched in oil, dishes tasted bland and the naan was burnt. The chicken pakoras were mostly greasy deepfried batter that felt kind of slimy on the inside, the popadoms were stale. The aftertaste of the sauce dishes was bitter and I felt queasy for most of the night after the little i did eat. Only half decent thing was the garlic rice. I was hungry enough to eat some of it anyway, but too tired to bother calling it in or complaining. I just wont go there again. Service was slow, and despite having ordered online and waited the requested 30mins, I still sat waiting for my order for a further 25mins (one of the guys kept having to remind the kitchen for my order). I was only staying 5 min from the place so its not like there was a long time between collecting and eating either. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: £20–30
Zains of Enigma is without a doubt the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. All the food is amazing, every person I’ve taken there has raved about it. The service I receive is exceptional; I will never use another Indian in Stourport. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We dined here last night and were thoroughly impressed with the excellent food and service. We enjoyed our experience at this restaurant and would definitely return for any occasion!
The first time that I was here must say that all the workers were brilliant, extremely helpful and very friendly, which was beautiful, a credit for them. eating was nice, everything from start to head etc. in the last 30 years I have eaten a lot of Indian currys in birminghams balti triangle, this food is up there with them. will definitely go back there
