We arrived after a few other customers, yet they received their food before us. The service was honestly poor—it took about 15-20 minutes just to get our fries. To make matters worse, the soda tasted like medicine instead of Coca-Cola. Additionally, the fries were served without any salt or ketchup. Overall, it was not a great experience.

The staff is extremely unorganized and man taking orders is rude. We ordered the cheesesteak, two slices of cheese pizza and two orders of fries. The cheese fries tasted like they were purchased from Walmart and a slice of the cheapest American cheese you can buy was plopped on them then thrown in the microwave. The bread for the cheesesteak was crusty and not fresh whatsoever. We kept having to go up there because they forgot multiple drinks. This establishment is dirty!
