Furthermore, the closure of the lobby, replaced by a makeshift daycare, detracts from the dining atmosphere, leading many to label the establishment as "ghetto." Overall, this KFC location appears to be struggling with service quality, leaving customers disenchanted and unlikely to return.

We picked up lunch today and the drive thru girl was pretty rude. She barely handed my husband the food her arm didn't even reach out of the window. My husband double checked the bag before leaving and the girl stood with an attitude and asked what? Well it turned out we were missing three items she gives him two of the items and says nothing. She didn't include any napkins, utensils, or condiments for the biscuts. This is the second time we've tried this location and each time customer service is bad. Wouldn't recommend.
I wish they still had the smaller $3 box option available. The food was fresh during my visit, and the lady at the drive-thru was very polite.
The lobby is closed, only drive through...They turned the lobby into a daycare...kids in pampers running around toys and pampers thrown everywhere.. talk about ghetto...The Colonel Sanders Daycare ?
That's the worst kfc we've done! the personal is incredibly rude and not helpful! they overloaded me for the sides. when I opened the bag, they weren't small. it was said to ask for sauce in the window, and the guy said he had put something in the pocket. have been home and discovered that there were four of the same kind and that was for a family meal! when they are looking for rude service and overpriced eating they go here.
The restaurant has a similar style to KFC. The employees were friendly and efficient. Prices were quite high during the pandemic, but they have improved since then.
