He was never disrespectful or rude but I was definitely able to see that he was upset and/or mad about something. I understand it's hot in a pizza kitchen, I've been there and done that for a few years. I have been upset and/or mad at work but I would never let my customers see it, I would still smile and act like nothing was wrong because I don't want the customers to see that. I want them to see us smiling because it's contagious. But other than that it's an amazing place and love their pizza!! When I went to pick it up (just happened to be my first time picking it up), the person who handed me the food had extremely long, dirty fingernails. It was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined my appetite — I couldn’t even bring myself to eat. I don’t know if he was the one who made the pizza, but either way, basic hygiene should be a priority when handling food customers are about to eat. This was beyond gross and easily avoidable. I will not be returning, and with so many other pizza places around, I suggest others do the same until they take cleanliness more seriously. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
