I visited this restaurant and inquired about redeeming a coupon, but the staff informed me that they do not accept vouchers. I requested to speak with the manager regarding this issue, and the encounter went even worse than I expected. The manager bluntly stated, "We are NOT KFC; we sell our own chicken." I was frustrated and asked why they had a sign indicating they were affiliated with KFC, suggesting they should change it to reflect their own brand. I mentioned that I would have to report this incident, to which he responded that KFC cares about its employees and locations, but questioned whether they truly care about customers. I left feeling very disappointed with the manager's behavior and have decided not to return to this place again.
Why didn't I receive a receipt? I shouldn't have to ask for one; it should have been provided when you returned my credit card. I've already paid for the meal, so I don't understand why you're not maximizing your income by giving customers their receipts.
Will never go here again. As you can see from the pictures of the wings, don't order them if you have dentures. I don't have dentures but might need them after trying to eat their old, tough chicken. The employees are pretty nice but the chicken and fries are consistently hard, old, and the wings have a splash of sauce on them. Dry. Dry. Dry.
Went today 6/10, after getting our order and drive away, only to find out some chicken tenders are missing… simple things to do that can be avoided.??
