Upon arrival, I went directly to the bar to order a Pepsi Max, and the bar staff provided prompt and friendly service. Afterward, we seated ourselves at the table assigned to us, utilizing the QR code available on the table to access your website for our food orders. The menu was straightforward, and we all opted for the carvery selection. One of my friends has dietary restrictions, being gluten-free and yeast-free, but she was pleased to find several suitable options on the menu. After receiving our receipts from the waitress, we approached the serving area to select our food. The staff member who assisted us in carving the meat was courteous and apologized for the limited availability; however, we were satisfied with the portions provided. We enjoyed our warm meals and decided to order dessert by using the QR code once again. Our dessert arrived promptly within minutes of ordering. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant, and I look forward to returning in the future.

When I informed the member of staff I was informed this isnt provided anymore rather rudely. This is very poor practice given you are serving food, not because you dont provide it but because the box has been left in situ it means everyone touches it with dirty hands which is highly likely to spread germs. Also the soap was watered down in the toilets. So clearly hygiene needs some work.

We have been to other places, and this was a very nice and clean establishment with helpful staff and a good list of items to choose from on the menu. Overall, we had fun and would definitely be coming back.
