My experience at Dandy Mini Mart was disappointing. Despite the place not being busy, I waited over 30 minutes for a simple hoagie. A teenage employee seemed more focused on chatting and goofing off than making my sandwich. Why isn't the hot chocolate machine dispensing hot chocolate? Instead, it pours out hot brown water with French vanilla flavoring. What if you're allergic to vanilla? Are you supposed to sue Dandy Mini Mart for food poisoning due to an allergic reaction?
Absolutely terrible experience. I've given them numerous chances, understanding it's a gas station, but being competent isn’t difficult. Every single order I've received has been incorrect, and the staff are rude.

The service was really poor. I'm giving 2 stars because the sandwich itself was good, but the bad service ruined the experience. I hope they improve their service along with their menu.
The manager and some staff members are fantastic, but a few struggle with reading food tickets and have unpleasant attitudes, unfortunately.
I absolutely adore the ladies who work at Dandy Mini Mart! Regardless of how busy it gets, they always manage to keep the place clean.
