Description

Early mornings shine here: fast mobile ordering, friendly crews and ready breakfasts make it a reliable stop for commuters and travelers. Afternoons are hit-or-miss—slow service, frequent order errors, stale pastries and visible grill grime undermine the experience. The drive-thru can back up and ovens may not be fully heated at opening, creating delays. Management occasionally responds but follow-through is uneven. Best for early risers; approach afternoon visits with tempered expectations.

Kid-friendliness: The staff at this restaurant are not very welcoming and can be rude to one another. I even witnessed a manager being unpleasant towards a female employee.

Morning shift is fine.Don’t go in the afternoon. The kids working the afternoon shifts are terrible at their jobs.I used to go there daily after work, in the morning, when I worked nights. Everything was great in the mornings.I switched to day shift and stopped a bunch of times after work in the afternoon.About 80% of the time, they got my order wrong. Things like not adding cream and sugar when requested, not giving me my entire order but still charging me, giving me undercooked food, giving me the wrong types of food, etc..The food always looks really bad. You can tell they don’t keep the grills clean. The eggs and meat are always covered with black char and grease from the dirty grills.Donuts and bagels are always stale in the afternoon. As for the wait times, the wait time is horrible. The last, and final time, I went there it took 14 minutes to get nothing except a large coffee with cream and sugar. I timed it.Then, when I got it, there wasn’t any cream or sugar in it.Last time I ordered food, I ordered a bagel sandwich and a sausage wrap. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. The drive through line is almost always backed up into the truck parking lot because the employees can’t keep up.They need new people in the afternoon. It’s made me stop spending my money there.
