The decoration is traditional - wooden panelling all around the walls; portraits of ?eighteenth century families, in the kitchen and other areas, traditional white tiles on the walls and attractive patterned floor tiles - photos of old Cronenberg on the walls. In the centre of the cafe is a large wooden workbench with newspapers and magazines to read. We stopped for coffee and cakes - which were very tasty. We had gooseberry and chocolate/berry cakes, and our daughter had waffles. Friendly service. I'd like a cafe like this near where we live!
