I usually stay away from Chinese take way but choose to go here last Sunday and were not disappointed The food was very good and tasty. We were not disappoint driving for 30 mins to get there. View all feedback.
What CarFer doesn't like about Rainbow House:
I attempted to place an order at the restaurant's counter, but was informed that I had to call in instead. I was confused by this policy and questioned its necessity, especially considering that COVID restrictions have eased in most places. It seems counterintuitive to turn away customers who are already present in the restaurant. It appears that the restaurant may be hindering its own success with this approach. View all feedback.
After years that come a year on these Chinese, I would not go anywhere else, nice eating and friendly staff

Very nice eating. we all love it from here. in fact, my daughter will only eat chips when they come from here. always very nice eating and brilliant staff.
Very poor customer service. Went into the shop to place an order (was happy to wait my turn) and the customer service was non existent. The staff were not welcoming at all, they made it obvious that they didn’t want anyone in the shop and that there was an ordering system for customers who call the shop but not for passing trade. They only had digital menus available through QR. There was no where to sit, the ladies behind the counter were rude when I asked to place an order. I was told that they only take orders over the phone!? So I’d have to leave the shop and call them from outside but I couldn’t just tell them face to face. I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Has the world lost the plot since COVID 19. Would never try and place an order again. I Went to Fongs garden instead lovely food and very good customer service. Would highly recommend
