Once a year for the nibelungenfestspiele, the tivoli is one for us. always offers something special the somewhat coquette, symphatic patrone: today among other things, lukewarm cinnamon with "green sauce" and grilled calamaretti with vegetables. a summery pleasure on the small piazza in front of the eckrestaurant.
In the restaurant. the device looks ok but something bodice. and then? day plan changed because eating was so good! a sympathetic padrone that radiates satisfaction and pleasure at eating. a buffet mozzarella in a quality as in italia for long search! olive oil, which is thrilled and the right wine. the main foods and that dessert were just as good. bring some time that is excellently invested in a wonderful eating!

Too bad that we do not live closer to worms in tivoli, we would have a more accurate look with security! After we looked at the restaurant again over the tripadvisor ranking for our lunchtime, it was actually the best and most original what we have been getting in Italian kitchen for a long time. the Venetian cuisine, to be exact, should not be confused with the name. from the outside the restaurant is not very attractive, at least not as unforeseen as at our visit; from the inside they have a beautiful view of the St. Martin Church. the card is not long, but it is itself. we had specialized in fish. who may be explained by the fact that we have just met with the incident, perhaps the best crazyness of the country. brotvariation 1 brotvariation 2 that we deviate from Italian customs in our menu order, we were happy to check. so we divided ourselves as an appetizer grilled calamaretti, whose broth crust a considerable amount of olive oil, but who together with the dips presented to it were a very dedicated sin, with other words a true joy. for me there was a large pasta with seafood, whose composition changes seasonal, for my wife grilled wolfbarsch with grilled vegetables, from which the radicchio protruded as a completely new experience. we just knew he was raw, but that's too bitter for my wife. the then desserts a very excellent lemon syrup, which after the origin of the house did not contain any alcohol, but rather a quite beautiful amount of wodka. a form of freedom of alcohol that can be enjoyed, lemon sorbet. there is someone in the kitchen who really understands his craft, and the two men at the front, chef and maître d', who proudly listens to the offered well-official from all buttonholes. that is related to the fact that they are always asked and very definitely how it tasted. but now you have to tell the truth, and we were relieved that we didn't have to lie, I don't know what else was going on. but if you eat so well, you like to buy it, and then we went away from worms in western farms to weingut wittmann, to whom I have been faithful for thirty years. so it became a three-time rewarding trip to the rhenic.
