The dishes are mega fresh, super tasty, individually suggested by the boss and made from organic farming. Our appetizer, Vineyard Snails in Lappensoße, read no wishes. The Kalimari I chose excellent as the young heirs and the Chicoree. The bathroom of paprika, mayonnaise and kebel/basilikum, all made yourself, only a palate mouse. It is worth mentioning the homemade bread and the wonderful olive oil. My husband had a toothbrow. The polnta of white maize was excellent and the dessert, strawberry sorbet and strawberry mapone a dream. Oh yes, the South Tyrolean white wine, also for me, who I am not a wine drinker, very pleasant in taste.
