The dishes are mega fresh, super tasty, individually suggested by the boss and made from organic farming. Our appetizer, Vineyard Snails in Lappensoße, read no wishes. The Kalimari I chose excellent as the young heirs and the Chicoree. The bathroom of paprika, mayonnaise and kebel/basilikum, all made yourself, only a palate mouse. It is worth mentioning the homemade bread and the wonderful olive oil. My husband had a toothbrow. The polnta of white maize was excellent and the dessert, strawberry sorbet and strawberry mapone a dream. Oh yes, the South Tyrolean white wine, also for me, who I am not a wine drinker, very pleasant in taste. How we were happy and thank you for the great hospitality, for the super tasty greeting from the kitchen, for the smooth running and come back safely.
