Coffee#1 Worcester

While visiting a close friend in Worcestershire, after a long trip we decided to go to the closest coffee shop. Our visit to Coffee #1 in Worcester was nothing short of disappointing. While the Mozzarella Tomato Panini, Tuna Melt Panini, and Pain au Chocolat were decent enough, the beverages we ordered were a letdown. My caramel macchiato lacked the rich flavor I expected, tasting watered down and lacking in depth. My friend 's Americano was nothing to write home about – bland and uninspiring. Even the deluxe hot chocolate ordered for her daughter failed to impress, with a lack of richness and creaminess one would expect from a 'deluxe ' offering. Coupled with the rude service, our experience was far from satisfactory. It 's a shame when even the beverages fail to redeem an otherwise lackluster visit.

Coffee and food is always good when I visit this branch of cafes, service could have been improved as the staff were very fast to serve me almost with no smile or care. But the coffee is still very nice, quiet corner to read my book was what I needed.

Huge variety of choice for hot drinks catering to various allergies and preferences, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely delicious cake! Very pleasant surroundings to enjoy a coffee and some food. Accommodating for those with disabilities and our dog.

I have always loved Coffee 1 they tend to be friendly, the coffee is delicious etc. However, in the Worcester branch I am UNFAILINGLY given the wrong milk, which is frustrating and disappointing. And when I go and explain there is NO APOLOGY just huffs and puffs. I never normally leave reviews like this but it has happened about SIX TIMES !!!!!!

This is a fairly pleasant coffee shop serving decent coffees and food. The staff were friendly and the ambience is welcoming. The downstairs toilet was in good order.
