Our visit to Coffee #1 in Worcester was nothing short of disappointing. While the Mozzarella Tomato Panini, Tuna Melt Panini, and Pain au Chocolat were decent enough, the beverages we ordered were a letdown. My caramel macchiato lacked the rich flavor I expected, tasting watered down and lacking in depth. My friend 's Americano was nothing to write home about – bland and uninspiring. Even the deluxe hot chocolate ordered for her daughter failed to impress, with a lack of richness and creaminess one would expect from a 'deluxe ' offering. Coupled with the rude service, our experience was far from satisfactory. It 's a shame when even the beverages fail to redeem an otherwise lackluster visit.

And when I go and explain there is NO APOLOGY just huffs and puffs. I never normally leave reviews like this but it has happened about SIX TIMES !!!!!!
