Wendy's - Woodstock

I ordered a combo that included a chicken burger, crispy fresh French fries, and a refreshing soda. The food tasted fresher than usual, and there were very few customers in the restaurant, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The woman who served me spoke in Spanish and was polite and very friendly. The tables were spotless, and the food was affordable, delicious, and served quickly. I give this place five stars for its speed, efficiency, and friendliness. I highly recommend it—just remember that wearing a mask is required.

We visited the Drive-Thru and I ordered chili, a loaded baked potato, a meal, and three sodas. The chili was exceptional—rich and meaty, unlike any other Wendy's I've tried. This location actually gives you a generous amount of meat in their chili, and the food was nice and hot, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was great, the food was served promptly, and the parking lot was clean. I was also impressed to find that they have dollar menu items for every size! I will definitely be getting a Frosty again next time—I can’t believe I forgot to order one this time!

The manager came to my car, just as I mentioned in my review. The staff were very nice and offered to either refund my money or replace my order with something else from the menu. It's not just about whether a problem arises; it's about how those problems are handled that makes a difference. I would definitely return to this restaurant. I ordered a sandwich, and Wendy explained that the unusual texture I noticed was actually cheese when I hesitated to ask about it on my broken sandwich. That's all there is to it.
