Rosati's Pizza - Woodstock

Woodstock Rosati 's is the worst thing I have done with, your food quality and customer service is a continuous disappointment. Her pizza has tasted like bleach, I'm calling to complain and she didn't offer any explanation or dissolution, so I stopped ordering them for months. Then I decided to give them another chance and ordered a Chicago style pizza delivered in the worst condition; it had moved so badly that it came from the side of the box. I called them and explained it to them and the fact that I gave the guy a 5 dollar tip. They asked me if I wanted the driver to come back and bring it back, I said no. They said they would "write my account that I agreed to because it would take too long for a replacement. I thought I was good for a free pizza, so when I called my free pizza, I was rudely told by her manager that only a $10 loan was received and all they could do for me. When I told her no one told me about the 10 dollars, she called me a liar, but no one explained that it was just a 10 dollar loan on a 25-dollar. That's why you hear about me. I'd be okay if she never orders them again, but she called me a liar and that's just wrong. What happened to the customer? If I were in business, I would try a little harder to keep customers. I guess they've got enough business to keep mine out. Sincere (a pizza customer every Friday but no longer).

What a great place great people and great food they truly treat you like family

Two of us tried eating at this place last weekend, 10/21. There was a pick up counter when you walk in and we told them we wanted to dine in. They said to go to the hostess desk. We stood there waiting so I asked the bartender if we could sit anywhere and she said it'll be a little bit since we're trying to catch up. She was not friendly about it. We stood there for about 15 minutes and no one sat us, so we left. Terrible customer service, but the place smelled delicious inside. Can't rate the food, since we never ate anything. Big disappointment.
