What Denise Stoerp doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Ordered rapid pick up, ready on time but not in the rapid pick up area. Had 1/2 turkey bacon bravo. All I tasted was bread. 1 piece of bacon and so little sauce. It was basically a bread sandwich. Didn't taste anything else. View all feedback.
Come to Panera this morning/afternoon. Staff was hard working but was polite when my order taken a little long. Everyone wanted to come to Panera but I understand completely to it being Saturday and cold. My food was good too. Highly recommended coming back. ?
Jackie at the Woodstock location offers the best customer service. I always feel welcomed by her and the coffee is always hot and she always has a smile on her face.
Love this Panera so much more than the McHenry location. The atmosphere is just that an atmosphere. McHenry is a cafeteria.
I had a wonderful cashier named Brenda, she was really helpful and did an amazing job with making order. great work on hiring her, she needs a rais, I will be coming for this amazing services.
