The restaurant is no longer called Double Yolk Cafe; it's now under new ownership and has a different name. To be honest, the food is still the same (although my eggs were a bit runny). The atmosphere remains unchanged, and the service is still excellent. View all feedback.
What Logan “Brick” Howes doesn't like about The Double Yolk Cafe:
The location is fantastic, and the interior is lovely. The staff was decent, but unfortunately, the food was the main issue. When my father and I visited DYC for brunch after a parent-teacher conference, he ended up with stomach issues for a day and a half. Absolutely fantastic! The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the service from the staff is excellent. The owner, Tom, is exceptionally friendly, and the food is simply amazing! The clam chowder was rich and flavorful, featuring generous pieces of clam, and the tuna croissant was simply wonderful. However, the steak wrap didn’t have enough meat in it and was mostly left uneaten. Other than that, we had no complaints. The prices were reasonable as well. As long as they can keep us in and out in under an hour while serving fresh food, we will definitely return!
