I ordered te... read more I went there around 9:45 and was immidately told to hold on. After about two minutes I order, but waited a while and only had two cars ahead of me. I ordered tea and they said they didn?t have any. I also asked for extra zax sauce and was charged for it.However I get home and there is no zax sauce in the bag and not even the standard one that comes in the box. The toast is barelybuttered or toasted. The fries are not seasoned at all and some are hard crispy pieces. I likely won?t be back to this Zaxbysfor the poor service and not even getting what I asked, and was charged, for or what I wanted for that matter.

Ordered Cobb salad with TWO extra dressings (which I was charged for) and only had ONEextra. We caught it before we left but my goodness what was going on with this order?

However, there tends to be a consistent... read more I visit the Zaxby's in Woodruff, SC at least twice a week. The staff at the drive-thru are always friendly and helpful. However, there tends to be a consistent long wait for drive-thru orders. I often have to pull up, and large orders frequently have missing items, which means I have to return to the restaurant to get them fixed. Additionally, the time it takes for someone to answer the intercom and take my order is longer than what I experience at other nearby places. I also tried ordering through the app, which provided an estimated pickup time. After parking and calling the number, it rang for quite a while before anyone answered. Unfortunately, my order did not match my special request for no toast (which we usually end up not eating), and I received extra toast instead, even though the receipt reflected my request. There have been multiple occasions where cashiers bringing out orders have forgotten entire bags of food. After checking what I received, I had to go back to the drive-thru window, wait again, and although they apologized for the oversight, they didn’t offer any compensation like a coupon. The bag they finally handed me contained cold fries. It feels like they struggle with online orders, and this isn’t a particularly busy store. The managers should focus more on training staff to ensure orders are filled correctly and efficiently. Despite these issues, I will continue to support my local Zaxby's and the hardworking employees there.

To make... read more I ordered a cob salad to go, but when I got home, it wasn't what I requested at all. Instead, I received a different salad that wasn't even on the menu. To make matters worse, there was no dressing included. I called the restaurant to address the issue, and they only apologized. Unfortunately, I live in a nearby town and it was too far for me to go back. I will never visit this location again!
