Mcdonald's - Woodruff

This was the best experience I have ever had at the Woodruff location. The restaurant was clean, the food was correct and still warm. The lady who took my order was friendly. Maybe they have a new owner, I'm not sure. I have been here 4 times in the last 6 years, and it was the first time I didn't think "never again." I'm not going to get my hopes too high, but I will check it out again in the near future.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they stuck a McChicken patty on my sandwich. It's always hit or miss at this location and this is a BIG miss

$24.48 for my 2 kids to get the limited edition Adult happy meal. Then get home 30 minutes later to find they didn't even receive the limit edition toy! I called and was told they were out and people were just purchasing them for the happy meal box.I'm sorry but I'm not paying $25.00 for a cardboard box that's going on the trash! She said she would make it right and allow meto get them the toy when they came in which I'm happy about but not about the hour trip I'm making there back. Wished I wasinformed. Please check before you leave because you can only purchase online and must pay before you get your food.

This McDonald's in Spartanburg County is definitely the worst I've experienced. Even as the only customer, the wait for fast food is excessively long, and when you finally receive your order, it's often cold. I made the mistake of ordering breakfast this morning and my McGriddle and hash browns were cold. My iced coffee was half full and tasted terrible. It was a waste of eight dollars. I don't know why I keep coming back, hoping for a better experience. I'll give one star for the employees showing up to work and being pleasant.

I was appalled by the cleanliness of this restaurant. Every table was filthy, with trash strewn across the floors and tables. Both soda machines were out of ice, there were no napkins, and the condiment section was a mess with garbage everywhere. I witnessed a customer waiting to order as five employees walked by without acknowledging her for 10 minutes. Even the supposed manager passed by without saying anything.
