What rit t likes about Hoi Won Chinese Take Out:
I had the general Tsos chicken, it was crunchy, flavorful and well worth the price for the amount given. The staff is also really friendly. The design of the menu and interiors was like the cookie cutter pattern seen in Chinese restaurants all over the island. View all feedback.
