Dugan's Sandwich Shop - Feedback

What Ramon Casper doesn't like about Dugan's Sandwich Shop:
An average sandwich spot. Cold cuts are good, the bread they use is always dry. If you?re a sandwich scout looking for the next good spot, this ain?t it. It?s all about the bread. Again average deli with a clean place. Counter service can be slow with a few mix ups in how they send out their orders. I stop at quite a few restaurants/Deli?s all over the island. I see what some people say when you enter a facility, especially one that serves food, and you have a few kids behind the counter on their phones and dressed a bit ashamed. It's not the best look. I'll say the egg wrap I ordered was pretty good, and the coffee was just as good. Sometimes appearances play a role, especially when it comes to serving food.
