(what she proposed...not me) I could hear everything she said, including the part "I'm going to swear by this guy"! the “Manager” was also extremely unapologetic and not helping me to have my fair share of bacon cheese toasties elsewhere, I don’t know what you are. no apologies, no offer of a refund and not even a proposal for a replacement. oh and by the way, this is the 2nd opportunity, this has happened with this cafe. I should have known better.
