As you can see from the picture The Cafe believe this is a Bacon Cheese Toastie, and after speaking to them via a phone call the lady who took the call seemed t... read more As you can see from the picture The Cafe believe this is a Bacon Cheese Toastie, and after speaking to them via a phone call the lady who took the call seemed to forget that whilst she was putting me through to the manager (something she suggested..not me) I could hear everything she said, including the part ‘I’m gonna swear at this guy’! The ‘manager’ was extremely unapologetic and unhelpful too, stating that even though I’ve had my fair share of Bacon Cheese Toasties elsewhere I don’t know what one is. No apologies, no offer of a refund and not even a suggestion of a replacement. Oh and by the way, this is the 2nd occasion this has happened with this Cafe. I should’ve known better I guess.

Googled cafes near me as i have been to every cafe in my area stumbled across this cafe... very nice inside.. staff was happy and pleasant... prices was reasona... read more Googled cafes near me as i have been to every cafe in my area stumbled across this cafe... very nice inside.. staff was happy and pleasant... prices was reasonable.. had my 2 yr old dayghter with us who had a kids sausage meal it came out already cut up for her which i found really good as no else does this.. bacon could of done with cooking abit longer but tht is down to my preference.. would defo recommend this place and be coming back
