There are several options to choose from, all cooked fresh in a separate fryer as I requested upon arrival. The wait time is about 5-10 minutes, which is to be expected when food is prepared fresh to order, and it’s definitely worth the wait. I was initially nervous about trying a new place since I have dietary sensitivities, but I had no issues at all.
