However, I was disappointed that they did not ask us about allergies this time, especially since my partner ended up having an allergic reaction. Working in the hospitality industry ourselves, we know that asking about allergies should be the first thing to do. We were not happy with the service we received when we were seated.

I arrived at the restaurant in 12 minutes, and the pizzas were already prepared. However, when I got home, I found that the pizzas were undercooked - the cheese wasn't melted and the crust was soggy. It was a disappointing experience, as it seemed that no effort was put into preparing the pizzas. I spent £24 on this meal and it was a waste of money. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

The food... read more I’m not normally one to write reviews, but I feel that it is totally necessary in this instance, as this place needs to know where they’re going wrong. The food is very good, and I have always enjoyed everything I have eaten here. The issue is the staff. It appears that all of the members of staff at the Stourbridge restaurant have either zero people skills/enthusiasm to work, or simply have not had any necessary training required to work with members of the public in a restaurant setting. Whilst having lunch, we had to approach members of staff ourselves for a number of things. We needed to ask for a drinks menu, we had to ask to place out drinks order and then again for food. The waiter had a bit of an attitude, struggled to take down our order as he didn’t know the menu, and simple didn’t appear to know what he was doing. My friend (a vegetarian) ordered a falafel wrap. When the food arrived, the same waiter handed over a chicken wrap. When my friend mentioned that she hadn’t ordered that, the waiter replied with “I don’t know what you’ve ordered to be honest”. Whilst we enjoyed our food, we noticed a number of other tables having to get up and find staff members in order to place their orders. One table even asked if it was a “order at the till” restaurant, as they’d been sat at their table for around 15-20 minutes before anyone came to their table. The staff are not trained, they are not attentative and leave visitors waiting around much longer than they should be. I really enjoy this restaurant, and will continue to come back, but the service is shocking and makes the experience quite disappointing.

But t... read more Good afternoon Usually I don’t write any reviews, but I feel I have to share this . I very often visit this place and always enjoyed and felt comfortable. But today happened disgusting situation and left me feel very upset. Today as usual I ordered coffee and sat down at the table. Then one member of the staff put music very loud, after that I went to ask them nicely to put music down a bit , because it was too loud. But their answer about my question shocked me. Those girls was answering me very rude, unfriendly and laughed at me, because can be seen English is not my first language. Then I returned back to my table and noticed that they still was laughing and talking behind my back. Due to this situation I will never again visit this place and will not recommend to my friends and family members . Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. Never had any experience like that.
