Tonight, I put... read more My wife is a coeliac so has to have gluten free. We live in Wednesfield on the other side of city, but make the journey because the food is okay. Tonight, I put in my order £25.30, and was made to wait almost half an hour for the order. You’d think, surely, if people can be bothered to walk in, that they would be served first, or perhaps, have a dedicated member of staff to look after them and not have all staff pandering to Go Eat or whoever. A 30 minute wait for fish and chips is very, very poor and I shall try to find somewhere closer to home.

I had a large cod and a good size cone of battered chips with a pot of gravy and a curry sauce. My husband had a mixed kebad chips and salad which was a big portion for a small. Easy to order over the phone staff helpful and polite. I payed over the phone and it was delivered in just under 45mins. I will definately have a saturday night treat again.

The first time, the person on the phone said it was on its way, and the second time, a girl claimed it had been delivered. I am a regular customer on Just Eat, and I am extremely disappointed. Shame on you for not delivering the food.

Unfortunately, the food was cold when it arrived, which has never happened before. I usually order from this restaurant.
