Wow. Great place with really good food and service. Got reseated in a better spot after we arrived. Staff was helpful and attentive without being over the top. We had ribs and steak and both were tender and flavoursome. Would definitely go back. View all feedback.
What Bart Conroy doesn't like about Char Char Food Truck:
It's not worth the hype to experience a food truck and enjoy a meal. I was very disappointed with a staff wearing gloves then liking her fingers while handling food. The food is to pricey and taste like ****. I wouldn't spend my money here again. View all feedback.
We went last night in north Parramatta and apart from the fact everything is over priced the ribs had no sauce and obviously pre cooked. the burgers had nothing to no salad on it and the chicken was over cooked. the chips were soggy and thin and lacked of salt and flavor. the shake tasted like re frozen ice cream with little flavoring in it and for $5 such a small size. I give 1.5/5 for the entire ordeal
Char char food truck is a burger truck which serves nice burgers and even better ribs. We ordered three Outback Burgers ($10each), two Pork ribs w fries ($15each) and Beef ribs ($15). The burgers were decent however we've had much better burgers around the Sydney area. The ribs, on the other hand, were juicy and the sauce coated the fries and complemented them very nicely. The service was mediocre and the food truck opened 15minutes later than originally stated, but food was prepared relatively quickly.
The truck was in the St George area. I had the Dorito cheese burger, which was the only burger they were offering. (They offer different burgers every week). It was very nice, came with meleted cheddar cheese, Dorito chips and tasty Chipotle sauce. I would definitely go for it again. The burger was Halal. (They use Halal meat for their bugers, unless it has bacon. Note that ribs are not halal)

Char char food truck, having no specific location travels around and i happened to come across it in Campbelltown today.. As far as i know, menu items change each time. Tonight's menu was beef or pork ribs with chips or 'the outlaw burger'. Service is good and the food arrived relatively fast, the only downside however is no modification to menu items can be made, which was slightly annoying for me as i don't like pickles and had to pick them out of the burger. The pork ribs were relatively average tasting. The flavour wasn't strong and the meat wasn't all that tender. Not something i would order again. The burger however was quite good and delicious (aside from containing the pickles). The portion sizes aren't at all that big. Especially the pork ribs which were smaller than i expected. I personally found it to be a bit overpriced. Despite that, the burger was for me the most enjoyable part of my experience. I would return only to try some of their other burgers.
