We celebrated the birthday of my mannes on Monday in the restaurant. the table was beautifully covered, the gifts for him were already in place when we arrived.... read more We celebrated the birthday of my mannes on Monday in the restaurant. the table was beautifully covered, the gifts for him were already in place when we arrived. the greeting from the kitchen was already very good, but the others feed everything. the bark carpaccio was excellent. I had jacobsmuschel/redtail garnel/ thunfish with washabi, just great. everything on the site prepared and well lubricated. to the main course there were ceremonies or crabs of jacobsmuscle redtail garnel. a dream! the conclusion was a perfect créme brûlee. weaving was very well selected by sommelier. the service was excellent at all. even the cook asked us if everything should be fulfilled. we would like to thank you again for this beautiful evening at the restaurant and we are very happy to come back.
