Unfortunately my salmon was a little overcooked and therefore really dry in places. I also wished it had been fried on the skin. But all in all. A great dish. My companion 's food was also good. Unfortunately, they couldn 't give us any information about the variety of the truffles. The service staff was a bit overwhelmed by my question. The information was then that it was fresh truffle.
