Description

Rangamati has garnered a dedicated following, praised for its flavorful dishes like korma and tandoori mixed grill, along with prompt delivery service that often exceeds expectations. However, the once-revered establishment has faced criticisms, with diners reporting an overwhelming saltiness and sweetness in some dishes, leaving them inedible. While many fondly recall delightful meals after decades of patronage, others question the inconsistency between enticing online imagery and their experiences. Despite some negative feedback, Rangamati continues to charm many with its authentic flavors and friendly service, making it a debated yet noteworthy option in the local Indian takeaway scene.

Just had a chicken tikka masala with Pilau rice, after looking at the food pictures and reading reviews on just eat, I thought food looked authentic and amazing reviews were positive so I ordered and collected omg it was **** awful tikka masala tasted as if it was cooked with half a bag of sugar!!! Completely inedible, food looked absolutely nothing like the pictures and as for the good reviews I can honestly say I am bewildered there must be another restaurant with the same name as I can’t believe anyone with even a single taste bud would find it palatable

The food was 2hours 30 mins late. A nice guy called me after 2 hours saying foods on the way as they been busy. Food arrived and all food lukewarm, 2 Tikka curry's are as spicy as vindaloos, the phone call the only thing that made it a 2star
