Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for the restaurant Tiang offer a mix of positive and negative feedback. Some customers appreciated the nice ambience, friendly staff, and good value for money, while others were disappointed with long food delays, quality of food, and accessibility issues. Some diners found the food to be too sweet or salty, with reduced portion sizes, but still enjoyed the overall experience. The restaurant's 'All you can eat buffet' option with a great menu selection and excellent wine choices received praise, as did the unique location by the canal. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a pleasant dining experience with room for improvement in certain areas.
I put my email in December for six people including one wheelchair user I was quite pacific remind request when we arrived at the restaurant there is no accessible entrance no mobile ramp and we had to get my guest up to steps with now with no help and support from the restaurant staff when I raise this with the staff they totally ignored it and blanked me is is unfortunate as restaurant is very good food is good but the access is not acceptable in the year 2018 please ensure they have a portable ramp available for wheelchair users and people unable to use Tips . Accessible toilet was full of cleaning equipment and other rubbish so is unable to be used by my guest this is very disappointing on the whole the whole evening was good but will be even better if people I thought what was needed in making sure We all. has an enjoyable evening
We go to this restaurant several times a year and decided to have a family get together here on Mother's Day. As it was extremely busy the service, which is normally outstanding was not as good as usual but the food was excellent as always and we all enjoyed ourselves.
A family meal to celebrate my birthday. It is a cosy restaurant, staff are friendly and very efficient. car parking opposite so easy. Having a set price menu was good especially as it was eat as much as you want. I have a son that does! It certainly didn’t break the bank in fact it was very reasonable for a Saturday evening. Food was excellent and we are all looking forward to visiting again soon.
Nice dinner, however it was unpleasantly cold in there with only fan heaters. I don’t understand why restaurants serve food on cold plates. Be nice to have a food warmer on the tables to keep food hotter.
