Stephanie was then looking after us... read more We arrived early and we received a warm and friendly greeting from Stephanie as we had coffee before we sat down for lunch.. Stephanie was then looking after us throughout the meal and I have to say she was outstanding. I have worked in customer service for a number of years and also visited many hotels and restaurants during this period and I have rarely experienced such a professional and efficient service. Stephanie not only displayed these qualities but she did so with warmth, a smile and an attention to detail that made the whole experience memorable. The food options were tremendous and everyone enjoyed a delicious meal. We will definitely return back.
