This was our very first visit today at lunchtime. The food was ok, a bit bland and not seasoned very well. The waitress forgot to offer us drinks even though there was as only one other table being looked after. I didn’t think much of the service so requested the service charge be taken off the bill to the waitress to which she said she will be right back. Then a man working called Baba came over and asked what the problem was and I said nothing, no problem but I would like the service charge taken off so which he replied well my manager not here and I don’t know how to do this. I said well you can’t force me to pay this charge as this is down to the customers choices. He then said who will pay for cleaning this table now and stormed off. Very uncomfortable and awkward feeling and a bad taste in your mouth to receive such a service. The waitress then came over and apologised for his behaviour and took payment and mentioned that he will be leaving soon. Not worth spending your money when receiving such poor customer service. He obviously felt he was speaking to someone from his home country in the way he was showing so much aggression!
