Restaurant is very nice inside and the service was very good and friendly. Menu was extensive with some different dishes but also contained the classics. Food was excellent and throughly enjoyed by all of us . Price was reasonable. View all feedback.

Ordered at 4.48 for delivery at 5.45pm (15 minutes after they open). Over an hour late, called after 45 minutes to be told it has already left, said it is 45 minuteslate and phone was just put down on us. Still took over 20 minutes and food was cold. We stumbled upon this Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant in Witney,Oxfordshire, UK. There’s a huge range of dishes to choose from but we tried the Vegetable Saag it’s beautifully fresh and aromatic and full of delicious vegetables. The staff are super friendly and accomodating, including Mr Omor and Sumon and the chef, Mustafa. You won’t be disappointed!
Average food. Polite staff. Atmosphere was ok. The food was just not a good standard although reasonably priced. Two of the waiters were fantastic, one just seemed moody although could of just being having an off day.
Absolutely fantastic food best jalfrezi I've ever had (and my waistline reveals I've had many! . Service impeccable! Can't wait to visit again next time in the area.
Had my first visit to Shaan's Restaurant last night was super impressed. We were a large group the staff couldn't have been more friendly accommodating, (they helped me choose a gluten free option when i couldn't see the menu having forgotten my glasses) The food came out quickly was delicious!!! Amazing service, as always. I eat at Shaan at least four times a month, sometimes twice a week, and the service and food never disappoint. Sumon and Omar are always nice and ready to please you as a guest.
