This was a terrible experience! The service was extremely slow, with not enough staff on hand. My son's chips were lukewarm. I understand that families use this restaurant for parties, but it's not acceptable for children to be unruly and annoy other customers and staff. I will not be coming back anytime soon. It's a good deal if you can find a discount. However, the service was really bad and very slow. I wouldn't return.

We used to enjoy the American hot pizza at Frankie and Benny's in Cheltenham, but it has been a year since we last visited. This time, the American hot pizza was disappointing and of lower quality than we remembered.
