I had previously visited this place and experienced poor customer service, particularly from one employee who was rather unkind. However, I stopped by today, and while I'll leave out certain names and specifics, my experience at Taco Bell was quite pleasant. The staff quickly attended to me and fulfilled my simple order right away. I truly hope they reopen their lobby soon, and I wish all the best for the person who took my order. I'm reserving my fifth star until the lobby is officially reopened.
Even though they were quite busy on the day I visited, it didn't take too long for my food to arrive. Overall, I had a positive experience. It's been a while since I've seen Taco Bell and KFC in one place, so I thought that was pretty cool! You can actually order from both restaurants. By the way, they still have the Mexican pizza I enjoyed. I definitely recommend checking out Taco Bell and KFC together!
