Contribute FeedbackWhile some customers have had negative experiences, others have found this Subway location in Heswall to offer decent sub rolls with great value. The service is typically fine, with one customer praising the excellent customer care and sales skills of a particular staff member. The food is freshly prepared and toasted, and the staff have been known to give helpful recommendations. Despite occasional issues with untidiness, this Subway seems to be a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
Only the third time I was with a subway young lady who served me, went out of her to help. here were customer support and sale of skills excellent. take my grandchildren to lunch there when I visit
What can I say this is the first time in my life appaled by a subway. I think the name was Stephens the server came across rude, lazy and dumb. The taste of my sub was also disgusting, bread was rock solid. The salad was gritty probably didn't get washed. Avoid this Subway at all cost.....
Once again, the food and service at this restaurant were terrible. All four meals were prepared incorrectly with missing items. Dreadful experience overall.
I visited this restaurant with my daughter, hoping that it had improved since our last visit. Unfortunately, it had not. We waited to be served, only to hear one of the employees say they did not like working there. Our subs were thrown into a bag and we chose to sit in. There were only 5 dirty tables to choose from, and when I asked for a cloth to clean one, I was questioned as to why. The tables were eventually cleaned, but the sandwich I ordered was hard as a rock on the crust and had to be thrown out. I do not think I will be giving this restaurant a third chance.
Awful. At 6.30pm, the lone staff member had already closed up shop, stored all the food in the fridge, and begun cleaning. I had to order a sub and recite the ingredients from memory since they weren't on display. The toaster was not the usual one due to it being broken, resulting in an over-toasted and ruined sub. The sandwich was also poorly packed. This location consistently operates in a sloppy manner. I have visited the Bromborough outlet as well, where the staff was equally unsatisfactory. It appears that all Wirral Subways are managed by the same company, and they really need to reassess their practices. The lack of quality customer experience and unproductive staff is causing them to lose profits.
