A very welcoming atmosphere, lovely friendly staff, had some Thai chicken soup excellent, my friend had a carrot and coriander soup again excellent. We then had coffee which was again very good. Excellent prices will be returning soon.

I ordered the Brie, cranberry, and bacon sandwich on... read more Earlier this week, my friend and I went to this restaurant for lunch and had a really excellent experience. I ordered the Brie, cranberry, and bacon sandwich on granary bread, which was amazing. The sandwich was full of filling and the bacon was the best I've had in a long time. My friend ordered the tuna mayonnaise with sweetcorn sandwich, which was also delicious. It came with a side salad and coleslaw, though we weren't as fond of the coleslaw. The coffee at Smooth is always fantastic, and between the two of us, we tried the spiced pumpkin latte, americano, flat white, and cappuccino. Although we didn't have room for dessert this time, we have tried the cakes on other visits and they are always delicious. The atmosphere at the restaurant is great and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

The highlight for our son and nephew was creating their own hot chocolate, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog inside. We will definitely be back, thank you.
