my mother dad came here on East Sunday had a beautiful three cursor meal with coffee and it was super worth and delicious food! the personal is nice that mum wanted me to post a review in her name to say thank you for a beautiful meal! Staff were really nice and welcoming, only issue being that they concentrated all of the staff on a party of about 32 people who were in. So the rest of the customers were left waiting while they served them. I felt they should have left...at least one member of staff to attend the rest of the tables. This was the first and probably the last time we get delivery from Risa Spice. The time advised on the website was 1 hour for delivery, which was also included on with the time expected on the receipt. After 70 minutes, I rang for an update and there was confusion to whether my order was even received. After several minutes of waiting I was advised it should be with us in 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later I call and was advised that they are really busy and now are waiting on the driver, which would be another 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I call again, to be told that the food is being bagged as we speak so should be with us shortly. During this call the food arrived, so either the person on the phone was unaware of the state of my order or was making this up?! Either way it was over 2hrs wait for delivery.
