On the 21st of December I made an order on the app to go and collect from the drive thru, when I got there they gave me the drinks and asked me could I park up in the car park as the chicken would be 3-4 minutes. 20 mins later I entered the restaurant to see where the order was and it was just sat in the counter, don’t know how long it had been there. Returned to the car to find some of the order was missing so went back in on the way in the bag ripped so they corrected my order an I asked them for a new bag, the girl handed me the bag an made me repack it myself, on leaving the restaurant the bag ripped again an the food went all over the floor, I went back in again and asked for a refund, they weren’t even bothered, it is now the 7th of January and I’m still waiting for the refund to be put in my bank
Monday 20th November 2023 I ordered a takeaway with the KFC app in my car just outside the restaurant. After placing the order I immediately went inside to wait. I waited for about 10 minutes and saw a bag on the counter. The female staff wrote something on it. I assumed it was for an Uber Eats delivery. You probably know where this is heading. Anyway, I waited for another 10 minutes and checked on the app, it said it was still getting prepared. My wife phoned and asked what the delay was. I went to ask about my order. And the staff handed me the bag that was sitting on the counter for the past 10 minutes. She didn't apologise at all. Another staff (male) knew I was standing at the collection point but didn't do anything. I should have said something to them, but knowing how incompetent they were, it wouldn't have made a difference. And yes, the chicken was cold by the time I got home. Guess this will be my last KFC from Bromborough.
I don't go to drive throughs very often but I havenfound that every time I have been to the Bromborough KFC drive through the service has been absolutely abysmal. The staff are completely disinterested and have next to zero communication skills. I have had to ask them t o repeat themselves more often than I have had to actually order food. KFC needs to put their teenage employees on some proper customer service courses Particularly in howcto communicate coherently to thei customers. Awfyl customer service
The food at KFC Bromborough is absolutely terrible. I can't understand how they have any customers at all. There is no quality control whatsoever. I would recommend staying away from this restaurant.
We to the drive through, was advised no gravy no mash, ordered our food and went to the window, the lad at the window has no Customerservice skills, I checked the food cause it was wrong last time I went. I informed the lad at the window that he had put chicken leg in the bag when I asked for boneless chicken and also missed sweet chilli bites. He then informed me that they had no boneless chicken with roll of his eyes. I just don’t think he could be bothered to change it. I WILL NOT RETURN. NEW STAFF NEEDED TO TAKE ORDERED AND SERVE AT THE WINDOW.
