I haven't eaten at this restaurant in a while, but we recently ordered takeout and were impressed with the generous portion sizes. I highly recommend the goat curry and the jerk chicken was also delicious.
We were recommended this place so went to find it. Really pleased to find nice fresh, well cooked food. Stew chicken nice and tender, jerk spice just right and nice and smoky from grill. Friendly service. Will be going back, now that we know!
Walked in asked for some jerk chicken the chef said he didn’t have any left but told us what he had left and then offered to cook it fresh and would be about 30 mins, we said ok, it took a little longer just over 45 minutes, food came out was fresh, with the meal we had jerk chicken, rice and peas with steamed veg, 2 portions of plantain, 2 festivals and 1 portion of coleslaw, we also had 2 drinks and the bill came to £25. Good food loads of Potential, if I was owners would put a noise complaint in about the pub next door
Had a seriously yummy takeaway from these guys on Saturday. We had the lamb patties to start followed by goat curry and rice with festival bread and dumpling on the side to mop the gravy up. Definitely recommend, meat super tender and lean. A must if you are looking to try something a bit different.
