They also let you have a "little taster" of the beer on tap. There's a separate weekly menu with plenty of fish.I ordered the potato-parsnip cream soup with shrimps but sadly enough they ran out.So I ordered the asparagus cream with salmon which was delicious.Mains was a sirloin steak (rare-medium) with cracked black peppercorns, pan fried potatoes and a fresh salad.I had a local pilsner and then sparkling water (designated driver) but the others seemed to be impressed by the wines ordered, followed by the schnaps and other digestifs...Staff was very helpful!
I recommend this restaurant especially for it s special and very romantic atmosphere as well as for the superb menu and excellent food. Very personal and attentive service, friendly staff. Reservation is necessary, as the locals in this wonderful area do appreciate this restaurant since generations.
The stay we liked very much. The operation was very friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty, the portions big
We liked it very much. Kockshusen has also very promised our guests. We are happy to come again
This time we were disappointed with the quality of food. That went a lot better. The asparagus was partly woody and bitter, the potatoes tasted old. The fish curry was actually the thickened variant of the Tuscan fish soup. Very too bad, because the fish curry had remained in the last memory last time. We come again

During our first visit, everything was fine, good food, good service. during the 2nd visit my steak was not medium, but still with full consciousness. But that can be done at the 3rd. We then had to go to another table because the head of the house wanted to sit his mates at the most beautiful table. The potatoes were raw, and 2 hairs in salad, so unfortunately our last visit. Friendly criticism is simply ignored by the head of the house. We're used to the price class.
