When we called to inquire about the mistake, the... read more I placed an order over the phone and sent my daughter to pick it up, only to find that the order was incorrect. When we called to inquire about the mistake, the person on the phone simply stated that we were not charged for the missing items and then hung up. The BLT was unappetizing and the fries were undercooked. Overall, it was a terrible and expensive experience. I will never dine at that restaurant again.

When I asked for a fresh tea, the wai... read more I used to enjoy going to Cubbies, but my last visit was disappointing. The fries were undercooked and the tea was spoiled. When I asked for a fresh tea, the waitress informed me that they were not allowed to make a new one until the old tea was finished. The restaurant always seems to be dirty whenever I visit. My biggest concern was seeing a female cook getting sick in a trash can in front of the restaurant. I decided to leave and couldn't eat there for months. I hope the owner, Mark, considers hiring better staff and making some improvements. Despite these issues, I have been a loyal customer for years and hope to see positive changes in the future. It's worth mentioning that the owner was not present during any of my visits.

My wife ordered the fried chicken tenders and it was clear that they were processed chicken bought from a grocery store. I was extremely disappointed, to say the least, especially since I paid $6 for such low-quality meat.
