When I asked for a fresh tea, the wai... read more I used to enjoy going to Cubbies, but my last visit was disappointing. The fries were undercooked and the tea was spoiled. When I asked for a fresh tea, the waitress informed me that they were not allowed to make a new one until the old tea was finished. The restaurant always seems to be dirty whenever I visit. My biggest concern was seeing a female cook getting sick in a trash can in front of the restaurant. I decided to leave and couldn't eat there for months. I hope the owner, Mark, considers hiring better staff and making some improvements. Despite these issues, I have been a loyal customer for years and hope to see positive changes in the future. It's worth mentioning that the owner was not present during any of my visits.

My wife ordered the fried chicke... read more I always wondered why this restaurant was consistently slow during dinner service, but I finally discovered the reason tonight. My wife ordered the fried chicken tenders and it was clear that they were processed chicken bought from a grocery store. I was extremely disappointed, to say the least, especially since I paid $6 for such low-quality meat.
