I just picked up my order and I just want Chipotle to know that having someone work on the to-go orders separately is waaaayyyy more efficient. I didn?t have to wait for my food, my order was accurate, AND utensils and napkins were already in my bag! I really appreciate it!! What Jonathan Hau doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The food I ordered in the app was made incorrectly, but the restaurant staff was very kind about correcting the problem. Our kids cheese quesadilla meals didn?t have cheese in them. !! Other than that this chipotle experience was a bit sub par. Rice was soggy, chips were stale, and the restaurant seemed like it wasn?t cleaned very well. We then turned to the chips and queso for a saving grace. Unfortunately, the queso, which we typically enjoy at other locations, was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. It was too spicy to eat and left an awful burning sensation in my mouth, plus the chips were stale. I don’t know if a disgruntled employee was adding extra spicy peppers to everything or if they simply can’t follow recipes, but the experience was truly awful. I can’t imagine it could get any worse than this. I recommend steering clear of this place — there are plenty of better dining options nearby.
I just picked up my order and I want to commend Chipotle for having someone dedicated to processing to-go orders. It made everything so much more efficient! I didn't have to wait for my food, my order was spot on, and my bag even had utensils and napkins included. I really appreciate that! I've experienced other locations where online orders are handled in the regular line, leading to long waits, but that wasn't the case tonight. Thank you so much!
Absolutely worth the wait! I visited the store to place an order for five people, and although I didn’t catch the name of the first server, he along with Joe and Jacine were all friendly and courteous. They provided exactly what I requested without any problems. Whenever something ran out, they sincerely apologized for any wait for drinks or food items that needed to be prepared. They truly strive to meet customer needs, and their pleasant attitude made the experience more than worth it! I will definitely be returning!
This location is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. I waited inside the store 30 minutes after the time given for the order to be ready. The store was nasty. Food all over the floors, and tables. The young lady making the to go orders was slinging bags on a random table, not even calling out names for anyone to know if it was their order or not. Absolute horrible customer service. I watched my $40 order sit as she tried to make 8 other bowls at once. I left the store without the food after waiting 30 minutes. Complete waste of time. This store needs better management, and immediate staff training. Very bad customer service.
I wish I could give it zero stars, worst chipotle I?ve ever been to, they should just close down. The chicken is always burnt and the wait time for the line is crazy insane because they are so slow and never have anything. These were the tacos I got yesterday, barely serves anything, burn taco and chicken. Do yourself a favor a drive a little more and go to the chipotle in Davenport. Don?t waste your time or money here.
