I was looking forward to getting out of my car because I'm a Uber driver and was driving for 5 hours already that morning. Walked up to the door everything is locked. Got back in my car and went through the drive-thru. I asked the ladywhat time the dining room opened she said 7:00 a.m. . I asked her why everything was locked. She said she didn't have enoughstaff to open. So I asked her what time the dining room actually open then. She said 7:00 a.m.?

With only one other customer waiting for th... read more The staff completely overlooked us, even though we could hear them loudly discussing how eager they were to go home. With only one other customer waiting for their food, the restaurant was not busy at all. Two employees passed by us without acknowledging our presence, and the person at the drive-thru sipped on his milkshake while calling for a cashier, yet everyone continued to ignore the counter. Frustrated, we decided to leave, as it was clear that the staff did not want to work. There is simply no excuse for such poor service when the restaurant was nearly empty. We'll stick with the Wendy's on Cypress Gardens; they always provide great service.

You might find yourself waiting for over five minutes without being acknowledged. They might glance your way, but then they tend to walk off without offering any assistance.

Finally, a woman came over, but only to grab some napkins and cookies for the drive-thru, all while shouting insults at another staff member. I like to think of myself as patient and understanding, but this situation was simply unacceptable.
